THE 2-MINUTE RULE FOR WEED IN ROMANIA

In Slovakia, the possession, sale, and cultivation of marijuana are illegal and punishable by regulation. According to the Act on Addictive Substances and Preparations, persons caught in possession of modest quantities of cannabis can face fines or imprisonment of up to three years. The penalties increase for greater quantities and repeat offenses.
